Real Estate Developer Qualification in Ministry of Housing Programs

At Management & Quality for Business Services, we offer you this service to register and qualify the real estate developer at the Ministry of Housing based on Royal Order No. (A/84) dated 14/2/1442H and the controls and conditions for considering real estate developers qualified for tax refund pursuant to the decision of the Chairman of the Zakat and Income Board Resolution No. (1754) dated 15/4/1442H. The data of qualified real estate developers will be sent to the General Authority for Zakat and Income for approval according to the Authority's policies and provisions.

Through this service, we provide real estate development companies and establishments operating in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia with obtaining an Etmam certificate; and then registration with the Zakat and Customs Authority; in order to recover value-added tax as stipulated by regulations and laws.
