Contractor Qualification in the National Housing Company Program (Sakani)

At Management & Quality for Business Services, we provide contractor qualification services for the Sakani qualification program and the certified contractor for self-construction, which is done in cooperation between the Saudi Contractors Authority and the National Housing Company. Qualified contractors are linked to project owners, and the program aims to help real estate developers, citizens and those wishing to benefit from the self-construction program to search for a qualified contractor easily and conveniently. The certified contractor is qualified by the Saudi Contractors Authority and contractors wishing to enter this program are required to disclose the range of construction prices per square meter to the beneficiary.
